Moto-Edit: Precision Performance, Engineered by Experts

With a background in racing and motorcycle research and development, Moto-Edit was founded in Huntingdon in 2017 to offer a different approach to your usual bike shop.

Moto-Edit takes pride in offering top-level expertise in its motorcycle workshop services to all customers in a friendly and approachable atmosphere. Whether you are just getting started with your first motorcycle or scooter, or are an old hand with years of riding, racing or bike building under your belt, we have the knowledge, skills and facilities to help. And we make a great cup of coffee, so come in and say hello!

Guy Horner

With over 30 years’ experience as a workshop manager, motorcycle research and development technician and bike builder, Guy has an enviable reputation for high quality, performance and precision service and repair work with all types of motorcycles.

Guy brings a pedigree of Sidecar World Championship racing as well as current competition in the DTRA UK Pro Nationals Flat Track Racing Championship. In 2022-23, Guy achieved fifth place in the DTRA ‘Hooligan’ class for big capacity road bikes. He transfers his successful racing experience to the workshop, where immaculate preparation and attention to detail is applied to each and every motorcycle, from commuter scooters to unique performance bikes.

When he’s not in the workshop, he can usually be found ripping trail bikes through the woods.

Chrissie Walton

With a background in flat track racing and a love of trail riding, Chrissie is one of an elite club of female qualified MOT testers and if she is not out testing new ranges of tyres, she’s likely to be in the workshop giving a bike a thorough once-over or guiding a customer through the servicing needs of their new motorcycle.

Chrissie’s encyclopaedic knowledge of parts and suppliers enables workshop schedules to run smoothly and for Moto-Edit to be bang up to date with all the latest developments in tyres and accessories.

Outside of the workshop, Chrissie enjoys exploring the trails and green lanes on her KTM 450 EXC-F and provides the mainstay of Team Moto-Edit’s pit crew, organising the team anywhere from Moped Mayhem to Mablethorpe Beach Race.
